Last week I had the most adorable portrait session with Caolán, Alannah and Clodagh. Absolutely gorgeous, funny, cute and photogenic children. I loved that they had all their favourite toys to show me - they made my job so easy :)
This is Caolán and Alannah, the owners of the perfect freckles. |

What in the world did kids do before the invention of the DS?!

This Hello Kitty book is all about fashion and there's actually a section on Christian Louboutins. Love it!!

Love seeing kids - especially boys - reading. And enjoying it.

This is Peanut the Shetland Pony. She wanted apples.

I was so delighted to receive an email from Anjanette to tell me that her and Andy were now parents to a gorgeous little girl called Annabelle and would like me to photograph her. I love getting to catch up with past brides and grooms and especially to see them growing as a family. I've another two brides with baby bumps who have already booked in for their newborn shoots (newborns, in one case!) and I can't wait.
Annabelle was quite happy to stay put in Anjanette's tummy - she was 8 days late and then took 36 hours to make her grand entrance into the world. But she was well and truly worth the wait :) |

Annabelle was 13 days old when I photographed her - this is around the time that they start to figure out they can stretch out and move those little arms and legs around. Annabelle was a wee 'squiggler'!

Remember Elvis - one of the cleverest dogs I've ever met?! Well, his cleverness has gone up about 100 notches since he officially became a hero. A few months ago Andy and Anjanette's house went on fire and Elvis the smart pup woke them up. Thankfully they escaped unhurt and everyone was OK - thanks to our little doggie hero here. The Littlest Hobo has nothing on Elvis :)

Wee Erin is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot get enough of her - her big blue eyes, mop of brown hair or her content little face. She is a happy girl and very easy to get smiles out of. How lucky am I that I get to meet all these sweet, amazing little babies?!

This is Bobbi - she is the original baby...

...and still very much doted on :)

She's like a professional dog model!

Cannot get enough of those big blue eyes.

Have you ever seen anything as sweet as this face?

Erin rockin' the bed head!

A lovely wee family - thanks for having me :)

A wee quick blog post before I head off to shoot Maeve and Colin's wedding!
Remember wee Molly who was born the day after her mummy was bridesmaid for Cheryl? Well, Molly's mum and dad invited me back to see how much she has grown and take some updated pictures of her. She was wide awake this time, and full of smiles and giggles. Such an easy baby to photograph, a beautiful little girl! |

This shot was actually a mistake but I kinda love it!

She was giggling because Dolly's hair was tickling her face :)

Molly is NOT going to like us for this one...but I think it's adorable!

Molly's friend Ellie was visiting so I couldn't resist taking a few snaps of her too!

Cute with and without her glasses :)

A wee quickie blog post to let you know that I'm still alive, I've made it home from holidays and my feet haven't hit the ground since I got back! I'm working megabigtime hard at the minute to get back on top of things so I appreciate your patience with blog updates, emails and phonecalls. Everyone is so good to me :)
Here's a little peek at wee Gerard Junior, whose mummy and daddy's wedding I shot a couple of years ago and whose big brother Dylan I shot last year. I couldn't believe the difference in size between the brothers as Gerard is only 4 weeks in these shots and he is a real wee chubber, whereas Dylan was 6 weeks when we did his shoot and he was a lot smaller. Gorgeous little boys :) |

I was so happy to be invited back to take some updated pictures of Hannah and Zara last week. These girls are just so cute and they always have the most gorgeous little outfits! They could easily be child models :)

There's not a shy bone in this girl's body :)

This was my third time photographing Hannah and we were teasing her about the first time when she was having none of it so we had to play 'Simon Says' to trick her into smiling.
